Shipping within Canada
We currently offer checkout shipping to eligible addresses in Canada. Available shipping services and charges depend on the products ordered, shipment weight, and destination. Review the shipping options and charges shown at checkout before paying.
For products with Canada Post shipping, available services may include Expedited Parcel, Priority, and Xpresspost. Tracking information will be emailed when a tracked parcel is shipped. Delivery estimates vary by service and destination and are not guaranteed. Delivery timing for orders arranged directly with us will be confirmed before payment.
Heavy and bulk orders
Selected heavy fastener packs currently have checkout shipping rates for Ontario shipments weighing 10 to 45 lb. For orders outside that coverage, contact us before placing an order to discuss delivery options and pricing.
Composite decking uses a separate flat-rate shipping option. For decking, heavy materials, and bulk orders, direct delivery by The Contractors Site may be available depending on your location and order size. Contact us before payment to confirm availability, timing, and the delivery charge. Do not assume delivery arrangements or shipping charges have been waived unless we have confirmed this with you.
Free local delivery in Brantford
We offer free local delivery in Brantford, Ontario, for orders over $50. Email info@thecontractorssite.com before placing your order to arrange delivery and confirm timing. This offer is arranged directly with us and is separate from the carrier shipping options shown at checkout.
International inquiries
International shipping is not currently offered through checkout. Customers outside Canada may contact us to discuss whether an order and delivery arrangement is possible before placing an order. Availability and charges must be confirmed directly with us.
