NuFlex® 302 Bath & Kitchen Silicone Sealant is a medium modulus one-component acetoxy cure, non-sag caulking material. NuFlex® 302 Bath & Kitchen is uniquely formulated to resist mould and mildew when fully cured. NuFlex® 302 Bath & Kitchen has excellent adhesion to ceramics, tile board, laminates such as Corian® and Arborite® and most acrylics.
Nuflex 302 is a professional-grade, mold-resistant kitchen and bath silicone sealant designed for sustained wet-area performance in residential and commercial builds across Ontario. At The Contractors Site, we supply this sealant to contractors, tile setters, and finish tradespeople who need a waterproof, flexible sealant that stays sealed — and stays clean — in bathroom and kitchen environments.
NuFlex® 302 Bath & Kitchen has excellent resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone and extreme temperatures. Check the manufacturer’s current technical data sheet for application temperatures, cured-service temperature limits, surface preparation and curing requirements.
Mold and Mildew Resistance Where It Matters Most
Bathrooms are the highest-humidity space in any building — and an unsealed or mold-compromised sealant joint is both a health concern and a maintenance problem. Nuflex 302 incorporates mold-inhibiting chemistry that resists surface mold and mildew growth on the cured sealant, maintaining the clean appearance and hygienic seal that bathroom installations require across Ontario residential and commercial builds.
