Self-Drilling Coarse Thread Drywall Screws are built for securely fastening drywall to wood studs and framing. The coarse thread design offers superior grip and holding power in wood, ensuring a strong and reliable installation. With a self-drilling, drill-point tip, these screws cut through materials effortlessly—no pilot holes required, saving time and effort on every project.

The 6 x 1-1/4" Phillips (Star) drive flat head drywall screw is a heavy-duty gypsum fastener for double-layer drywall, thick substrate applications, and heavy-gauge panel installations. 

The bugle flat head provides a smooth, flush finish that prevents paper tearing on drywall, while the Phillips #2 drive ensures easy, accurate, and slip-resistant fastening. Finished with durable zinc plating, these drywall screws deliver strength along with moderate corrosion resistance, making them ideal for interior drywall applications.

For best results, use a No. 2 Phillips drywall bit and plan on approximately 48 screws for each standard 4x8 ft drywall sheet.
